In this hands-on, experiential training we dive into whole-system regeneration — blending deep inner transformation with the art of thriving and creating together in team, while learning the tangible, regenerative skills needed to build a new culture of living.

We live together in nature, co-creating our own small village and culture in real time. Here, we explore what gets in the way of creating what we truly want — and we transform the conditioning, blocks, beliefs, stories, and emotions that hold us back. Through this process, we open more space inside ourselves and reclaim the freedom to live full-out.

What you will be doing

Aridani kicks off with a wildly transformational 5-day training called Expand the Box, guided by experienced Possibility Management trainers.

This training gives you the foundational tools to become a creator of incredible agency and relate to the world in entirely new ways.

We take everything we've learned and practice and integrate it by living and creating together for the next month, diving deeper into:

• Radical relating — because we cannot create new culture alone

• Emotional healing — clearing the blocks that keep you small

• Conscious fear work — learning to use fear as resource instead of letting it hold you back

• Collaboration & teamwork — building regenerative ways of creating together

• Adulthood in.itiations — stepping into new levels of power and responsibility

• Spaceholding & creation — practicing the skills you want to master and bringing your projects to life
